This Privacy Policy explains how Null Reality, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with NovuSend, our secure document sending and electronic signature software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you create or manage an account:

- Company name (if applicable)
- Authentication and authorization data
1.2 Document and Transaction Data
When you upload, send, sign, or store documents using the Service, we process and store:
- Uploaded documents and attachments
- Files imported from integrated services (e.g., Google Drive) when you explicitly initiate an import
- Signature data and completion status
- Sender and recipient information
- Timestamps, IP addresses, and event metadata
- Audit trails and certificates of completion
Document content is processed only as required to provide the Service and is not accessed, analyzed, or shared for any other purpose.
1.3 Usage and Technical Data
We collect limited, non-content usage information such as:
- Pages and features accessed
- Device and browser type
- Operating system
- General geographic region (e.g., country or state)
- Application performance metrics
This information is collected using Google Analytics and is not tied to document contents.
1.4 Payment Information
Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. We do not store or process payment card details on our servers.
1.5 Third-Party Integrations (Google Drive)
- If you choose to connect your Google account, we request only the scopes needed to list and retrieve files you select for import.
- When you import, we download a copy of the selected file from Google Drive and store it in NovuSend as a PDF for your use.
- We do not access, analyze, or share other files in your Google Drive; access is limited to the files you explicitly choose.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used solely to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Securely transmit, sign, and store documents
- Generate audit trails and transaction records
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Communicate service-related updates
- Monitor security, performance, and reliability
- Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
3. Data Security and SOC 2 Readiness
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards aligned with industry best practices and the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, including:
- Encryption of data at rest and in transit
- Access controls based on least privilege
- Role-based authentication and authorization
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Documented security policies and procedures
While Null Reality, LLC is not currently SOC 2 certified, our controls are designed to support SOC 2 readiness and ongoing risk management.
4. Electronic Signature Compliance (ESIGN & UETA)
NovuSend is designed to support electronic signatures in accordance with:
- The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN)
- The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
The Service supports consent to transact electronically, signer association, tamper-evident records, time-stamped audit trails, and record retention.
5. HIPAA Considerations
The Service may be used to transmit or store documents that contain health-related information. While we implement safeguards designed to protect sensitive data, NovuSend is not currently offered as a HIPAA-compliant service and Null Reality, LLC does not enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) at this time.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for storing or transmitting protected health information (PHI).
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share personal or document data with third parties except:
- Google Analytics (usage analytics)
- Stripe (payment processing)
We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain audit records, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA & CPRA)
California residents have rights to access, delete, correct, and understand how their personal information is used. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by CCPA or CPRA.

9. Cookies and Tracking
Limited cookies are used for authentication, security, and analytics. Browser settings may be used to manage cookies.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age.
11. Brand and Service Name Clarification
NovuSend is the product and service name used by Null Reality, LLC. All data processing, security obligations, and legal responsibilities described in this Privacy Policy are performed by Null Reality, LLC in connection with its operation of the NovuSend Service.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
